Open the affected order and choose the cancellation action.
Select one of the offered cancellation reasons and check that it fits the situation. Only then confirm.
Wait for the response. If notification fails, do not assume cancellation succeeded; check the displayed state before retrying.
Check the result
A cancellation must not also be treated as acceptance or completion.
