DeliveryKing receiving software connected to your shop. Changes to the shop require a working connection.
The recorded interface is German. German button labels remain identifiable in all translations. Some labels may differ in your installed version.
Step by step
Open “Verbindung testen” in the receiving software.
Wait for the result. If it fails, first check your internet connection and whether your shop opens in a browser.
If only some features are missing, check the reported module versions. Send support the error and versions, but do not post setup files publicly.

A successful connection test does not replace a printer test.
